Hi steve just wanted to say that your schematics worked perfectly with the department of health we are going with the three sink EZ Built, we took it to the inspector it was kind of expensive for all the fees here in hawaii but non-the-less now all we have to do is bring the cart to him after it is built.

Is there a way to heat the water with the copper tubing that runs from the burners? Then we wouldnt need the water heater. The HD inspector said this would be ok. Also, is a 3 burner better, or would it get everything too hot?
Yes, you can run copper tubing from the fresh water tank over the burners and then connect it to the sink, but I’ll be honest with you – you won’t be happy with it. You’ll only get a tiny trickle of water and the hot water will only last for about ten seconds. That method is used by manufacturers to cut costs, and most have gone to using the water heater set up that we pioneered here at Hot Dog Profits Premium.

Steve what do you use for sink stoppers to hold in water for washing items? I am using the brass cooler drain fittings as suggested in your plans.
Regular old rubber stoppers.
