Do you have any suggestions on how to mount a type of propane mounting block like you have done in the video but for 2 tanks, side by side. Just thinking of a second tank for a grill attachment.?
Two tanks are nice to have but not necessary as you will see…
You would need to fabricate a cross member that is either welded or bolted to the trailer tongue. You would also need to relocate the sink and water heater.
A much easier solution is to carry a spare tank in your tow vehicle. In fact, I just carry two one pound “throwaway” propane bottles and an adapter to fit them to the regulator (you can get these adapters at Walmart). Each one pound bottle will give you 90 minutes of burn time – enough to get you through the day if your 20 pound tank runs out.
Dear Steve,
Rather than cutting and bending the square bend hook because it was too long: With the 2×4 in place over the trailer tongue and you are drilling the hole through the 2×4 for the square bend hook, keep drilling into the tongue just enough to mark it. Then attach a larger diameter drill bit and continue to drill the hole right through the trailer tongue. Then the square bend hook can fit through the hole and you do not have to go through all of the trouble to cut and bend it.

This is what I do on my own E-Z Built cart.

Love it! Thanks John!
Do they make different types of regulators or can I use one from an outdoor gas grill?
Outdoor gas grill regulator will work fine.
