Hi Steve… u made mention somewhere in all this material that you have plans for a California Cart but I haven’t seen a link to it. I have visited the HD website for Los Angeles/California and I have the details needed for the cart, but I’m curious to see your build plans for what will be my cart build.
Also just wanted to say that everything I’ve seen and read here is REALLY great and wanted to say thank you for what you have offered us newbies. This info is so valuable and nothing I’ve seen so far in all my research doesn’t even touch what you have put together here.
Use them as a guideline for modifying the cart build that you see in the videos. Be sure to show the schematic drawing to your health inspector before you start. He will tell you exactly what he wants to see on your cart in order to pass inspection.
I haven’t heard that one before. Read the code yourself, or ask your inspector to show you where that’s written. Plastic coolers are just as sanitary as metal ones. If you really do need a metal one, you could have a local sheet metal shop make a metal box for you. Install it in your cart, then stick styrofoam insulation to the outside surfaces with adhesive caulk. Let me know what your inspector says.
Thank you Steve.I will send you pics when i finnish.
I would love that John. Thanks for being here!
