  2. I use the full-size dome cover too, however, having problem with the condensation dripping into my buns, I hold open the bun steamer lid with a tong and that seems to help, but I’m wondering is there a wire false bottom that would raise the buns off the bottom? That would solve the problem.

    1. Yes, you can get perforated false bottoms at any restaurant supply.
