Introduction – Leasing Course

Introduction

Leasing is often presented as one of the least expensive ways to get started in the hot dog cart business.  Is this a true statement?

It depends.  Leasing gives you low startup costs but you’ll pay more in the long run.

I’m not saying that leasing is either good or bad. Your personal situation will determine whether it’s right for you.

After you read this report and listen to the expert interview, you’ll have all the information you need to make a good informed decision.

This report is organized into three sections. We’ll start off with the basics and teach you all about leasing fundamentals, definitions of terms and concepts, and the process of applying for and accepting a lease.

Next we’ll help you decide if leasing makes sense in your particular situation by covering the advantages and disadvantages.

The third section is a Q and A with leasing expert Dan Jackson of Nations Leasing (a division of Nations Transaction Service).  Mr. Jackson is a lease broker with over 12 years of experience and he was kind enough to provide the answers to a host of questions posed by the readers of Hot Dog Cart News during an exclusive interview on Hot Dog Profits Radio.  Also included is a bonus MP3 recording of the interview in case you couldn’t be on the call with us.

Ready? Good.

Let’s get started…
