    I also found “notched” 1/9 pan lids that have a slot so that the spoon can stick out of the notched hole and there is a little grove on the top to pinch your fingers to lift the lid up. Do you recommend either more than the other? Is the knob in the video easier to hold on to? Thanks in advance 🙂
