Are there any seasonings added to the onions?
Yes, I pour a shot of Coke or Dr. Pepper and cook the onions down. The sugar provides a great carmelizing base.

Steve what kind of cheese do you use and is the bottle a Squirt bottle or something else ?
Hi Michael, I use the aerosol spray cheese. Others use the cheddar cheese sauce that you can buy in the gallon cans at Sam’s Club. This cheese sauce works well in squeeze bottles warmed in water or a steam table.
Steve, What brand aerosol cheese has the best flavor ? Seems like a great way to control waste..Do you find it cost comparable to can cheese ?
I use Easy Cheese. I get it at Walmart. Tastes great, plus you can put on a show when applying it. Make designs, etc. It costs a bit more but customers love it. And like you said, zero waste and does not have to be refrigerated.
I’m planning on using Cheese Wiz since it is not a dairy product any feed back on this product ?
I actually like the spray can cheese. It doesn’t require refrigeration. And you can put on a good show for the customer with it.
