These pictures just came in from Tony in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He shows the framing and plumbing set up for the shave ice cart he built using the E-Z Built plans and videos. Very cool! (Get it?) 😉

Hi Steve…I have four sinks, hand in front and the others behind. They a supported w/10gal fresh water and 16gal gray water RV tanks. The top is a solid 4x8x3/4″ sheet of PVC , B of Health luvs it !
Ice shaver has a drip tray into bucket under cart. Speed racks that hold my 29 syrups w/easy off caps, used to keep bees away! As you can see I used the Harbor Freight 4×8 trailer,I did this so I can add a second shaver if needed. I would send more pics of finished cart put is wraped for the winter. Please ask if you have more questions, glad to share.
Thanks,
Tony

Try an RV supply store. Not sure what the price would be.
This is why i’m here.. looking to use the plans for the exact same thing.. would love to see more pictures maybe build a dog cart later.. does it store everything you need ? What about Ice storage ?
Not sure if the builder will see this or not Larry. Ice could be stored in coolers I suppose…
Aloha Steve..like Larry…this is exactly what I’m looking for. Could you ask Tony to contact me @ (808) 699-1667 or at
lesleymasumoto@gmail.com. Much Mahalo for all you do in keeping us informed & connected. Is there a hotdog hall of fame? You’d certainly get my vote!!!….Lesley
Tony, if you are reading this, please get in touch with Leslie. thanks.
What would be the best way to set this up for fresh squeezed lemonade? tips?
Hi Berend. Figure out what exact equipment you will be using. Then get some masking tape and lay out the size of your cart top on a table. Place your equipment on the table and rearrange it until you are happy. Then install it on your actual cart. This is a great way to figure out your layout without drilling and cutting a bunch of holes in your cart, only to find out you don’t like the set up. Good luck!
Nice cart. I will be building an 8’ also. Planning on using it for Lemonade. I will be using some of the ideas here on my cart.
