Just a quick question, Steve. With the vent on the front surface, have you found any problems with dirt or water entering the cart due to the ram air pressure while driving?
I have not.
Steve. I have not been able to find light weight vents like these. Any suggestions?
They are easily found at any Home Depot or Lowes. Ask the clerk if you can’t find them yourself.
On my side serve I placed the vent that your video shows being placed right next to the firebox, down low (close to bottom of cart) and my cart gets awefully hot inside. should i have placed it up higher, directly next to the firebox as your video shows for better heat dispertion? if so should i move it up, or would it be more helpful to install another vent there and leave the one down low as is?

Leave the bottom vent and put another one up higher next to the fire box.
