Texas requires the fresh water tanks valve to be located outside the unit. How can I do this? Recommendations?

The videos on tank installation cover this. Both the fill and dump valves are on the outside of the cart.

Can you relocate water tank outside the tower, if so where do you suggest.
Yes. You can put it on the floor inside the cart. If you do that, make sure you put the pump on the floor too. It needs to be at the same level as the bottom of the tank.
any idea where i can get a 9 gal waste tank. My BOH requires 15% larger waste tank. Even if i get a 5 gallon freash water, I’ll need 7 1/2 fresh. Walmart has 5 gal and 7 gal
