Hi Steve: Sorry, because I could not hear clearly what you said. So, I have to ask you some questions sometimes. What is the material you used on this video?
    Thank you.
    Henry.

    1. No problem Henry. We use aluminum flashing for the firebox. You can get it at Lowes, Home Depot, etc. It comes in rolls.

    Steve,

Before i move on. You mentioned that Aluminum flashing is 10ft X 14″

But the Bill of materials said to get a 10 ft X 10″ roll. Is that going to be a problem

    1. Get whatever is available to you in your area. 10″ width will work fine.

Is there any issue going crazier with the fire box? Before watching the video, I planned on lining the box with tile backer (concrete board) and then the flashing. Is there any issue with that? Any benefit?

    Thanks

    1. No need. This design has been proven over 8 years and hundreds of carts built. Stick to the plans.

I want to add a decent size griddle to my cart…I read several articles saying the alum. flashing won’t hold up to direct heat opposed to a steam table. What is the best way to go about building a firebox for a griddle?

    1. The best way is to use a tabletop gas grill and put a Sizzle Q on it. Set it up on top of your work surface or on a side shelf.
